Refund Policy

The trial and refund terms on this page apply to the summonfx.com edition only. For the aescripts.com edition, aescripts.com provides the trial and handles refunds under its own policies. This does not limit refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

The trial is where you decide

Every installation of Summon starts a 7-day free trial with the full feature set. No Summon account and no payment details are required. Use the trial to check that Summon works on your computer and fits your workflow and your projects before you pay.

7-day money-back guarantee

Email support@summonfx.com within 7 days of a purchase or of a subscription renewal and we refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. Freemius, our merchant of record, issues the refund to your original payment method. A refund automatically revokes the license key on our server; an already-activated installation re-checks its license on a refresh cycle with a short grace period, so access may continue for a short while.

What is outside this policy

• Generation costs billed by fal.ai to your own account; those payments are between you and fal.ai.
• Charges older than 7 days. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges, and the current period stays active until it ends.
• A Project Pass whose credit code has already been applied to an Individual license: the Project Pass amount is then part of that annual purchase and is refunded with it, not separately.

This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.
